While the decorative fireplace adds a touch of older charm, the flooring, countertops, appliances, bedrooms, bathrooms, and paint have all been updated. The home offers comfortable accommodations with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a charcoal grill. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a $100 flat rate pet fee. However, pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, additional cleaning costs will be charged. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in Midtown, the home is surrounded by mature trees and is only minutes away from major grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and more. However, there is no public transit in the neighborhood, so guests will need to drive or take a cab. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violation of quiet hours may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay.
