Luna Haven Room– $1,150/mo (185 sq ft): Large room with oversized closet, shares a hall bath with Beta Den. Comfortable and balanced. Beta Den Room– $950/mo (149 sq ft): Cozy, budget-friendly room with closet and furnishings. Shares a hall bath with Luna Haven. Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen with coffee station, dining area, living room, and on-site laundry. Unique to Alpha Liaison, we also provide pet-friendly amenities. Located in a safe neighborhood in Avon Park, just 10–15 minutes from Sebring hospitals, shopping, and lakes. Flexible 6-month leases with no penalty after 30 days.
