About us: We’re a friendly family (with 3 young boys) who live upstairs. We love our neighbourhood and value community. The suite has been soundproofed (about 80%), but some family noise does carry through—we want to be upfront about that. Who this is best for: • 1 mature, responsible renter (female preferred) • Someone who enjoys a safe, quiet neighbourhood with a sense of community • A person who appreciates having kind, respectful landlords nearby Trained pets are considered.
