This home offers both comfort and functionality with plenty of room for storage. We are pet-friendly! We do require a $300 one-time non-refundable pet fee (covers up to 2 pets) due prior to move in, and $50/pet/mo pet rent. Unit Details: - 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms home - Large Backyard - Large 2-car garage Move-in amount required: - $1,300 Security deposit - $1,300 full month's rent - $300 one-time non-refundable pet fee (if applicable) + $50/pet monthly pet rent - $2600 total ($2950 with 1 pet) BTS Properties is a professional property management company that takes great pride in offering clean, quality rentals at an affordable rate. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. - Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. - Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. - Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. - A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. - Applicant must be a non-smoker. - Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
