Yikes 😳 The concrete floor wont be your favorite space- but laundry and storage is located within basement. The basement can be damp at times, simply because of the slope if the 130 feet deep rear yard. Tenants will have to accept this as part of a Historic Home, landscaping defers most of the water with recently excavated swill that reverts most water. The entire area is above an aquaphor . The small former garage is ‘owner’s closet’ to store gardening equipment. It is too small to fit the average vehicle and has metal posts to support the awesome deck above for entertainment space. All railings are high end Trex material. No BBQ grills of any kind are allowed on deck. The pictures tell it all.
