Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, a 50" Smart TV with DirecTV, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment also offers free garage parking and access to a fitness center. We are happy to welcome up to 2 cats or dogs with prior approval and a $10 per night pet fee. No commonly restricted breeds please, and the total combined pet weight must be less than 75 lbs. A recent copy of vet records will be required for dogs. Nestled along the river in a fast-growing area of downtown, this apartment is just steps from the beautiful Scioto Mile walking and biking trail. You'll be close to exciting shops and restaurants, including Ray Ray's BBQ, Brewdog, One Line Coffee, Strongwater, and Yellow Brick gourmet pizza. The location offers easy access to every area of Columbus by car, bicycle, scooter, Uber/Lyft, walking, or bus. Enjoy easy self-check-in via a secure door keypad. ID verification will be required before your arrival. After booking, you'll receive a link to upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie for a quick background check, which then sends you your check-in details. A laptop computer is not included.
