Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, though there is no dedicated parking. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon request. Located just a block from public transportation, including the St. Charles Streetcar, this condo offers easy access to the Garden District, French Quarter, and Central Business District. It's a short ride to the French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. The nearest neighborhood Walgreens is only a 1-minute walk away. The condo is on the 2nd floor with no elevator access. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine.
