With plenty of space for everyone, the kids will love running around and playing, while adults can unwind in style. The kids’ room is designed with fun in mind, while the parents' rooms offer a peaceful retreat. Ask about our add-ons: Early Check-in, Late Check-out, Pack 'n Play Crib, Beach Wagon, Surf and Boogie Boards, Pets Policy, EV Charging, and Car Rentals. Park in the 3-car driveway and charge your EV in the driveway with rates that may apply. We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and there’s a $100 fee per pet per stay. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. Take in beautiful views of the bay right from the big glass windows, and get the perfect vantage point to watch the amazing SeaWorld Fireworks show from the front yard. Transit is available within a few blocks, making it easy to explore the area. Shoes off upon entry. Quiet Hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. No unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., as fees will apply. No unlawful use of the home, including illegal activities or substances. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains. Use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Garbage disposal: Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. EV Charging during peak hours (7 am to 11 pm) will be the Kwt time plus a $30 fee per use. Blazing-fast Gigabit Wi-Fi for remote productivity and a motorized work desk are available for your convenience.
