Expect a lively area with people and activities throughout the day because it is a downtown area. Noise should be kept to a low level at all times, with no loud music, shouting, or screaming. After 9 PM, all activities must move indoors with windows and doors closed to avoid disturbing neighbors. Excessive noise may lead to neighbor complaints or visits from local authorities, with a $1,000 violation fee applicable. Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless a 1 PM late check-out fee has been paid. Unauthorized late check-outs may be charged twice the nightly rate. Only guests and pets counted on the reservation are allowed on the property, with each unauthorized guest or pet incurring a $100 per person/pet per night fee. Visitors are welcome with advance notice and count as half a guest toward occupancy. Smoking is only allowed outside the home.
