As you enter the house, it immediately impresses you with its spacious and open floorplan, wall-to-wall windows and high ceilings spanning from the 1st to the 2nd floor. The real star of this stunning house is its newly upgraded kitchen. This chef’s kitchen comes with new cabinets with lighting, a custom extended island with quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a farm-style sink and a built-in bar and wine rack. The property offers a 2-car garage and extended parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Pets are allowed at an additional $300 fee plus tax and a $500 pet deposit. The guest must inform about the pet right after the reservation. One pet per unit max with a maximum weight limit of 25 lbs. All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces and the pet owner must pick up all waste. Any violation of the pet policy will incur a $500 fine plus cleaning costs. The community amenities include a pool, tennis courts and a playground. Convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment at nearby Stonecrest and Blakeney Shopping Centers. Close proximity to I-485 and Ballantyne Corporate Park and Medical Offices. Nearby attractions include NASCAR Hall of Fame, The Billy Graham Library, BB&T Ballpark, Discovery Place, Carolinas Aviation Museum, Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, Little Sugar Creek Greenway, Levine Museum of the New South, Carolina History and Haunts Ghost Tour, Hendrick Motorsports Complex, McDowell Nature Center and Preserve, Hall Family Farm, Metalmorphosis, Historic Rosedale Plantation, Bearden Park and Ray’s Splash Planet. Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Pool operation time is from 10 AM to 9 PM daily, with opening on May 29, 2021, and closing on September 26, 2021 (weekends only after Labor Day). There is a security camera on the property. No parties or excessive noise are allowed, and guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM. No smoking of any kind in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odor.
