For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. There are security cameras installed outside for your safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. The unit is suitable for children and infants. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed.
