This spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom unit is perfect for a family reunion or a getaway with friends. Enjoy the ocean-blue living area with cozy furnishings and a private balcony offering views of the blue water right across the street. This inviting beach getaway features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals or enjoying take-out from the many nearby restaurants. The first floor includes a cozy living area with a sofa, side table, and coffee table, while the private balcony and furnished patio provide additional spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings. An in-unit washer and dryer add to the convenience of your stay. Free parking is available at the property with space for up to three cars under the house on the left side. Please ensure not to block or park on the right side. Pets are welcome with a fee of $120 per pet, plus tax, and must be kept on a leash outside and clean inside. Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two pets per property, each weighing no more than 30 lbs. Located just one block from the beach, Pirate’s Hideaway offers easy access to miles of beautiful sandy shores and is within walking distance to the lagoon. Explore Gulf State Park with its beaches and fishing pier, or enjoy dining at nearby restaurants and bars with fresh-caught seafood and stunning sunsets. For more entertainment, visit the Wharf for zip lining, mini-golf, arcade games, live music, and a giant Ferris wheel. This property is a duplex with some shared amenities and includes security cameras outside for your safety. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. A state ID or driver's license copy is required upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is needed before booking.
