All residents must carry liability insurance ($100,000) for damage to the landlords property during the term of their lease. The Application Fee is Non-Refundable. If you are not approved, we will send you an Adverse Action Letter with instructions on how to obtain reports that led to our decision. RESIDENT SELECTION CRITERIA 1. All Adult applicants 18 or older must submit a fully completed application and application fee 2. Applicants must have a combined gross income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Co-signers are acceptable. 3.
