The bedrooms include a queen bed, two twin beds, and a twin bunk bed, along with two full bathrooms featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Pets are welcome with a fee, although non-aggressive breeds only. Enjoy the community amenities including a resort-style pool with cabanas, fitness center, movie theater, clubhouse with pool table and conference room, outdoor kitchen with grills, basketball court, dog park, and walking path with illuminated fountain views. One parking space is available per reservation on a first-come, first-served basis. Located just minutes from the beach, Daytona International Speedway, and the One Daytona shopping and dining district, this apartment offers easy access to Daytona's top attractions. Explore the Daytona Lagoon, Boardwalk, and beach, or enjoy activities like jet skiing, ziplining, fishing, mini golf, and nightlife. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the unit or on the property, with a $300 penalty for violations, which will also result in dismissal from the rental without a refund. Parties and unauthorized guests are prohibited, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels or other behavior require a police callout, and a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the property will result in a pro-rated chargeback from your booking account. Check-out is at 10 AM, and a late check-out without authorization will incur a night-rate cost penalty. On checkout, please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you.
