We’re unable to accommodate exotic pets such as reptiles, piranhas, tarantulas, ferrets, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, etc.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment community conveniently located on New Bellevue Avenue in Daytona Beach! Each apartment features a in-home washer & dryer, freshly painted walls and carpeting throughout, modern cabinetry with granite-like counter tops in both the kitchen and the bathroom, designer light fixtures and stainless steel appliances including a microwave. Plus, the extra large bedrooms & walk-in closets and all come equipped with a full bath featuring ample counter space and plenty of storage. We've also upgraded the pool area with comfortable seating areas and a created a modern clubhouse to maintain your efficient commuting & recreational needs.

This place has such a thrill and could not be happier to experience this wonderful community. I am especially impressed with the receptionist Alyssa. She is always so positive and is willing to aid in any one of my concerns or inquiries and couldn’t be happier!!!
