Nous avons récemment rénové un appartement 4 ½ comprenant deux chambres séparées par des portes françaises, une salle de bain complète, un long couloir, un salon de bonne dimension et une grande cuisine. La surface habitable du premier étage est de 850 pieds carrés. L'appartement se trouve à 6 minutes à pied du métro Papineau et à 8 minutes à pied du métro Beaudry. Il se trouve à 1 minute en voiture du pont Jacques Cartier et à quelques pas des épiceries, des restaurants et des bars. L'école Garneau et le CPE Idée Fixe sont juste à côté du bâtiment. De plus, le site dispose d'un grand jardin fermé à l'arrière, donnant accès à tous les locataires par l'escalier arrière. Nous sommes un appartement respectueux des animaux de compagnie. Il existe plusieurs parcs à chiens dans le secteur, par exemple à 5 minutes à pied du parc LaFontaine. 2 ans Électroménagers inclus : Four et cuisinière. We recently renovated a 4 ½ apartment including two bedrooms separated by French doors, a full bathroom, a long hallway, a good size living room and a large kitchen. The living space on the first floor is 850 square feet. The apartment is a 6-minute walk from Papineau metro and an 8-minute walk from Beaudry metro. It is a 1-minute drive from the Jacques Cartier Bridge and a short walk from grocery stores, restaurants and bars. The Garneau school and the CPE Idée Fixe are right next to the building. Additionally, the site has a large enclosed rear garden, providing access to all tenants via the rear staircase. We are a pet friendly apartment.
