Designed with togetherness and tranquility in mind, this estate is perfect for family reunions, milestone celebrations, retreats, or friends’ getaways, offering a blend of spacious indoor comfort and beautiful California outdoor living. With sleeping arrangements for up to 20 guests, a sparkling private pool, expansive lawn, and multiple gathering spaces, Hawthorn Farms is more than a home, it’s a destination. This charming venue is perfect for events like rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and baby showers. It offers plenty of parking for over 30 cars and has space for food trucks or other vendors. Catering tables and chairs are available, with seating for up to 50 guests, making it easy to host your event comfortably. The home features an open-concept great room, a cozy living space perfect for large groups, and multiple sitting rooms for relaxing, reading, or conversation. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for group cooking and holiday meals, complemented by a large dining area for shared meals or game nights. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs for entertainment. Pets are allowed for a fee, however, they are kindly requested to be kept off the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning. Set in a peaceful hillside with sweeping views and fresh air, the property is 10 to 15 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and essentials, and 30 to 45 minutes from downtown San Diego, beaches, and family attractions. It offers easy access to Rancho San Diego, El Cajon, and local hiking trails. The property is gated for safety and privacy. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. It is professionally cleaned, with fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies provided. Driveway and property parking are available for multiple vehicles. Event use is by request only and subject to an additional fee of $50 per guest, including all attendees, not just overnight guests. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Community quiet times are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Amplified music and excessive noise are not allowed, with respectful low-volume music permitted until 10 PM. All music must be off after 10 PM. If you exceed the maximum occupancy, the reservation will be canceled without refund, and you will be trespassing and agree to vacate the premises. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not permitted inside the property. Guests will not have access to the property’s mailbox, and direct mail deliveries are not permitted. For any Amazon orders or other package deliveries, please utilize the nearest pickup location instead. Forgotten items will not be mailed back and will be donated to charity. Please take care of the property as you would your own. Do not wear shoes upstairs and leave the furniture and decor as originally found. There is a $100 fine for any lost or unreturned remotes. Please keep them in their place. The pool is not deep enough for jumping or diving, and broken glass inside the pool will require complete drainage to remove the glass pieces.
