The cozy and stylish bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with plush beds, premium linens, and ample storage. Relax on comfortable seating in the spacious living area, stream your favorite shows on a large-screen smart TV, or enjoy a fun-filled game night in the inviting dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials, perfect for whipping up anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Violating this policy will incur a charge of $250 to $400 depending on the cleaning company's assessment. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, refrain from hosting parties, loud gatherings, or events within the home. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 7 AM. Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM. The home is designed for a maximum of 10 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in a fee of $100 per extra guest.
