The unit has about 900 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a bonus space. Due to system limitations, we were unable to list these specifications on the avail listing. This until has just been renovated with fresh paint, new vinyl flooring, and more. It has central heating and air conditioning units. The unit has a brand new two in one washer/dryer unit in the kitchen. Off street parking is available for free- however if tenant/s want a closer parking spot they can pay an additional $40 with the rent per month to the landlord. This will cover the rent that the landlord has to pay to a third party for the parking spot. NO SMOKING inside the unit. Approved pets are permitted. A $300.00 non-refundable deposit will be required for the first pet accepted. Any additional pets will have an additional $150.00 non-refundable deposit for the protection of the possible damages caused by the pets. Each animal will have a $50.00 rent fee per month.
