Mission Hills is very walkable, but a car is the best way to get around San Diego if you'll be exploring places outside of Mission Hills. Uber and Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car. We provide self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, and we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay. No pets are allowed. Guests are required to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. No smoking inside the unit, with a $600 minimum additional odor removal fee. Backyard hours are 8 AM to 10 PM to be courteous to the neighbors and abide by the San Diego City Noise Ordinance. Clean the lint trap before using the dryer and remove makeup before using towels. Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. If you cook, you must reasonably clean the kitchen before you leave, or a $35 service fee will apply. Three additional daytime guests are allowed to visit, but they must leave by 10 PM. A $100 penalty per additional person per night applies if there are more than three or they stay past 10 PM.
