Welcome to the McCallie Dugout, your trendy crashpad just minutes from downtown! This fully remodeled home offers all the amenities and comforts you need, including an awesome front porch with views of the gates of McCallie School. Located just 5 minutes from Chattanooga Zoo, 10 minutes from the Tennessee Aquarium, and 15 minutes from Ruby Falls, you'll never run out of things to do and see in this vibrant city. Enter the home through the front door using a code provided at check-in. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a large smart TV and a queen pullout couch. The kitchen and dining area, with a table seating four, sits just off the fully equipped kitchen ready for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom features a king bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway. The backyard is partially fenced and includes a grill and picnic table. Parking is limited to two vehicles parked one in front of the other, with no street parking available. We are a pet-friendly home with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. This home is right next to McCallie School in a transitioning neighborhood. While some guests have expressed concerns, we love our family-friendly neighborhood and have never experienced any security issues. The downtown area offers limited parking, but Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient transportation. The home offers contact-free check-in via a digital door code, providing privacy and security. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect our neighbors. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any violation of quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. A ring security system and digital door lock are installed for added security. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
