There is a 4 stall building with 1 garage space per unit. Additionally there is off street parking spaces adjacent to the garage. There is electric heat. No air conditioning provided. All utilities are tenant responsibility. We are pet friendly! We allow pets with a max of 3, at $50 per pet. There is a $250 pet deposit for one pet, and $50 per additional pet.
