There is a 4 stall building with 1 garage space per unit. Additionally there is off street parking spaces adjacent to the garage. There is electric heat. No air conditioning provided. All utilities are tenant responsibility. We are pet friendly! We allow pets with a max of 3, at $50 per pet. There is a $250 pet deposit for one pet, and $50 per additional pet. ESA/Svc Animals are not considered pets and are not charged a pet fee or deposit. Please apply now on our website or email us with questions. Showings will be schedule AFTER application approval only. This is to ensure the safety of our current tenants and our staff. There is a background screening, credit check (soft pull), and eviction search. We require your income to be 3x the rent amount.
