This well-designed 520 sqft. 1-bedroom 1-bath suite with air conditioning boasts 9 ft. ceilings, modern finishes, and views to die for, offering exceptional southeast city and ocean views. The accommodation offers in-suite washer/dryer and plenty of storage space. Secure underground parking is provided for one vehicle. The kitchen consists of high-quality stainless-steel appliances. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a luxurious bathroom. Parking for one vehicle is included in the rent in the building's secure underground garage. Parking garage clearance is 7 feet (2.13m) and maximum length is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. Bike storage may be available upon request. Victoria is the busy, vibrant, and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada, and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation, there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria. Check-in is from 4 pm P.S.T. Occasionally, we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. Check-out is no later than 11 am P.S.T. Upon check-out, guests are kindly asked to put the towels in the washer and turn it on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator, and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All properties are non-smoking. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies, or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed. There is no Wi-Fi in the common areas of buildings.
