Situated on the 7th floor of the upscale Astoria building, this unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ample storage. The den includes a workspace and an extra bed for a third guest. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in a separate cupboard in the hallway, and you will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. The Astoria building features a fitness room and lounge on the ground floor, which guests are welcome to use. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals at home. This unit includes a dedicated underground parking space and bike rack. The garage height is 6'8" (2.03 m), so please check the garage clearance for your vehicle. Maximum vehicle length is 18 feet. Victoria's top tourist attractions, including the Parliament Buildings, the Royal British Columbia Museum, Beacon Hill Park, the Royal Theatre, the Fairmont Empress Hotel, and the finest restaurants and shops, are all just a short stroll away, within a 1-3 block radius. The Inner Harbour offers exciting street performances, whale watching, sailing tours, and Victoria's famous Pickle Boats. The city features a vibrant food scene supported by local farms and fishermen, with various dining options just steps from the Astoria building. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy running in Beacon Hill Park, kayaking or paddleboarding in the Inner Harbour, and cycling along the Galloping Goose Trail. The apartment is non-smoking, with fines of $250 for each instance of violation. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and the minimum age to rent is 25. Pets are not permitted. Check-in is from 4pm P.S.T. and check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out, guests are kindly asked to put the towels in the washer, put the dishes in the dishwasher, remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator, and dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. There could be some daytime noise due to construction in the downtown core, but it should not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
