Step into the backyard to find a haven of privacy, enclosed by a thoughtfully designed privacy fence, perfect for relaxing, playing, and entertaining. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Our home is near Ft. Moore and is perfectly situated close to various shopping areas, ensuring that all your retail needs are just a stone's throw away. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged for convenience. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, ensuring maximum privacy. However, we are only a phone call away if needed during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any events require prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided, as there is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left. The apartment offers ample space to live, work, and relax, making it ideal for remote work-friendly living.
