The open-concept layout features a fully equipped kitchen and generous bedrooms, making it the perfect place for any visit. Enter through the front door using a digital keypad to find an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining room on the main floor. The living room includes a sofa, a futon, and a large Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and dinnerware, and there are two dining tables for meals. Upstairs, you'll find all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, one room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and the final bedroom has a king bed. A grill is available for use in the backyard. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The neighborhood is home to many active and retired military families, making it a perfect family spot. For transportation, Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay.
