Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Kissimmee! This charming property features four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing ample space for a family-fun vacation. Located in the Storey Lake Resort, you'll have access to a community water park and clubhouse amenities. This delightful home offers a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a private pool with the option to add heating. The living area is perfect for relaxation, and the free washer and dryer add convenience to your stay. Enjoy access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse, making it an ideal choice for family fun. For an additional cost of $35 per day, you can add pool heating to your reservation. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice to coordinate this amenity. The property welcomes one house-trained dog with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee and a security deposit of up to $150. Please note that propane for the grill is not provided, but you can exchange the existing empty tank at a nearby store or gas station. Nestled in the heart of Kissimmee, this property is conveniently located near Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, and Universal Studios, with driving times ranging from 20 to 30 minutes. Storey Lake Resort is a gated community offering easy access to fine dining, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations. Renting a car is recommended, and you'll have free designated parking for up to two cars in front of the unit. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited on the property, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during these times. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure, and report any damages immediately. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. The property offers a remote work-friendly environment with Wi-Fi access, allowing you to stay connected during your stay. A laptop computer is not included, but the space is conducive to working from home.
