Enjoy the private fenced-in patio with furniture and grill, and feel at home with the free washer and dryer. Please note that the home is located on a busier road, which may result in some noise. This home offers a spacious layout with a connected carport, paved driveway, and a huge landscaped backyard. The private fenced-in patio is equipped with plenty of furniture and a grill, providing a relaxing outdoor space. The elegant design throughout the home includes a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a Smart TV with access to streaming apps, and a dedicated office desk for remote work. The modern and fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances including a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave, along with essential cooking tools, pots, pans, and silverware. Free parking is available in the driveway with a maximum of two cars per reservation. Pet fees apply at $125 per stay, with a penalty of $75 per incident for pet feces left behind. Unauthorized pets incur a penalty of $250 per pet and possible cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Service pets stay for free. Centrally located near several hospitals and beautiful beaches, this home is in a very safe neighborhood. However, being on a busier road means there may be some noise from cars. The home is for sale, which means there may be showings during your stay. We will provide at least 12 hours' notice and try to be flexible around your schedule, but access may be required on occasion. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and noise outside these hours may upset neighbors. No parties, events, or social gatherings are allowed, and violations can result in cancellation of the stay without a refund and a penalty of up to $500. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside, and a $250 penalty applies if smoking is detected. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 11 AM EST, with fees for unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins. A security camera is installed in the carport area to monitor the front door and driveway only. Includes a dedicated office desk for remote work and complimentary Wi-Fi. A laptop computer is not included.
