The spacious master suite offers a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and an extra fold-out couch with a queen mattress, great for reading, lounging, or accommodating extra guests. The ground-floor queen bedroom is perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs and includes an additional pull-out single floor mattress. The living room also features a queen fold-out, ideal for larger groups. Smart TVs with Roku are provided in both bedrooms for your entertainment. Our modern kitchen is stocked for everything from quick bites to family dinners, and the open living space features a 75” smart TV and updated furniture for cozy movie nights. The dining area comfortably seats four. We welcome pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. A maximum of 4 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs, is allowed. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Parking is available in a garage best suited for compact vehicles. For midsize or larger cars, nearby overnight street parking is recommended for a smoother experience. This neighborhood offers the perfect blend of energy and convenience, being a safe, walkable area popular with locals and visitors alike. Most attractions are within walking distance, with trolley and bus access nearby. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are fast and affordable, and biking options like Lime and DecoBike are available. It's a great location for reaching all of San Diego via freeway. The rooftop is accessed via an attic staircase from the master bathroom, which may be challenging for those with mobility concerns. This is a 3-story townhome with bathrooms located on the upper and lower levels, not on the main living/kitchen floor. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM, and excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Guests will enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire home and all its amenities during their stay, with a completely contactless check-in process available 24/7. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Includes high-speed WiFi, a digital guidebook with local recommendations, and a digital house manual filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations. A laptop computer is not included.
