This upstairs 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Lee’s Summit with open parking features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout for easy clean up and ceiling fans in the bedrooms for added air flow, as well as a fresh interior paint. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and ample cabinet space. Laundry hook ups are just off the kitchen, the tenant would provide their own washer, dryer, and microwave. Tenants are responsible for all customary utilities; electricity, gas, water, trash, and lawn care. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Seeking a 1-year lease at $1,095 monthly rent and a $1,095 security deposit. We can hold the property for up to two weeks from approval once the application is approved and the security deposit is paid. All applications must be submitted directly through Penner Property Management, LLC; third-party applications will not be accepted. Our office is located at 2620 Hub Dr. N, Suite B, Independence, MO 64055. The application fee is $65 per adult applicant age 18 or older. We do not advertise on Facebook or other social media platforms. All residents of Penner Property Management, LLC are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $45 per month.
