Kitchen appliances are provided except for tenants to provide their own microwave. Two of the bedrooms are on the main level along with the full bath, and the third room is in the basement along with the half bath. Laundry hookups are also on the main level, tenants are to provide their own washer and dryer. The attached garage is deep for your added storage needs. Tenants are responsible for all customary utilities and trash service, while lawn care is provided by the landlord. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Seeking a 15-month lease at $1,275 monthly rent with a $1,275 security deposit.
