Unit #3 This nice two bedroom one bathroom upper Unit is easy to see. Spacious Unit that has hardwood floors throughout and plenty of closet space. Large family room with a faux fireplace and an additional dining room too. Two good sized bedrooms both with closets. Large kitchen with oak cabinets and lots of counter space, stove and fridge are already in place. Large bathroom with natural daylight. This building has a coin-op washer and dryer in the basement for all tenants to share. New tenants are responsible for gas, electric, trash and water is $30 a month. This Unit does not accept pets.
