. We are OLD SCHOOL in that you will deal with a person and not a computer, you will get treated with respect because you are a person not a number, we try to work with tenants through difficult times, and all units are shown in person NEVER via a video stream. But the Landlord/Tenant relationship is a TWO WAY street which means you treat us and our property with respect and we will treat you with respect as well. . Beautiful townhome just behind Campbells Nursery at 56th and Pine Lake Rd . Two level with bedrooms on 2nd level with ceiling fans and a full bathroom off each . Washer/Dryer included and located on the 2nd Floor . Second floor is carpeted with lots of closet space and storage . First Floor has a nice large deck off the Dining Room . Open floor plan with gray hardwood floors and a light gray paint . First floor has a electric fireplace and a half bathroom . Kitchen is very nice with Stainless Steel Appliances in an open floor plan with a great deck off the dining room . Basement has a nice storage room and a one stall garage . Pets are negotiable but there is a $75 pet fee per month but no pet deposit . Managed by Best Choice Property Management . $30 Application Fee per applicant .
