There are a couple of other rentals located on the opposite side of the property. 5 minutes to Coombs and 15 minutes to Parksville and Qualicum Beach. About Us We are a professional couple in our 50s who operate a local business from the property. There are occasional daytime deliveries to the front of the property. The RV pad area itself remains private and quiet.
