There are a couple of other rentals located on the opposite side of the property. 5 minutes to Coombs and 15 minutes to Parksville and Qualicum Beach. About Us We are a professional couple in our 50s who operate a local business from the property. There are occasional daytime deliveries to the front of the property. The RV pad area itself remains private and quiet. Features • Sewer • Well water • 30-amp power • Separate hydro meter • Gravel pad • Space for a small shed Suitable For • One person only • RV or fifth wheel up to approx. 38 ft Terms • $780/month • Hydro billed monthly based on metered usage and payable in advance • 1-year agreement • $2M liability insurance required • Quiet setting – not suitable for parties Indoor pets may be considered.
