We also put an emphasis on open layouts and designer kitchens, which allow you to mingle with guests while you prepare meals. We also have a wonderful on-site maintenance and management team who are here to give you peace of mind and meet your needs. Up to two pets are accepted per apartment home and a variety of breeds are allowed. Schedule your tour today! Beautiful newly remodeled apartment with new appliances located in the Western/Georgia/Paramount Area It's a 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms complex, and 1 bath, 2 1/2 bath and 2 full baths with Tile flooring and comes with stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Has washer/dryer connections. It is available for tour now M-F from 8:30-4:30. We do accept pre leasing and a deposit hold it until move in date. We are pet friendly and charge $250 pet fee non refundable and $25 monthly with a pet weight limit of under 25 lbs. Sorry we don't accept HUD or other 3rd party payment.
