I had an issue with washer hookup. I contacted the staff and maintenance was out very quickly, no repair was needed. The tech troubleshot the issue immediately and explained the system and why I couldn’t get it to work. I’ve got two loads of laundry done already. Thank you maintenance and staff!

I’ve lived at Colonies at Hillside for a little over a year now and have had a great experience. The office staff are very knowledgeable and always very helpful. And I can’t say enough about how fabulous the maintenance staff are - they’ve always been super fast, responsive and friendly (even when working after hours). I highly recommend this apartment community.
