If your looking at apartments run by silverland I highly suggest to not get it. These apartments are over priced for what you get. Nothing ever works and it's hard to get someone to fix it. My apartment hasn't been updated since 1960 and I'm expected to pay almost a thousand dollars for it. It's ridiculous they charge for pest control yet I have only been sprayed once. My dishwasher doesn't work and there's not even a laundry room here. Never any hot water if your rent is 900 then there is gas about 12 buks water runs around 40 trash is 20 liability to landlord is 10 plus a 3.50 admin fee pest control is 10 and the only option is to pay on the portal which is another 10 dollars. The roches and bed bugs are rampant. Don't do it. There are much better places to live and people that will work with you. If you don't get paid on the first then it better be before the third or it's 10 percent late fee . 10 percent of your rent. That's $90 on a 900 dollar rent. They aren't worth it at all
