This home is pet-friendly. This home will be available on Jun 1st, 2024. Please do not apply if you wish to move in before June 1. $2,500/month rent. A $2,500 security deposit is required. A Holding Fee of $1,500.00 (goes toward the security deposit) is due upon selection. Pets are welcome, with a $500 non-refundable fee and $50 additional pet rent each month per pet. There is a two-pet maximum. No Utilities are included. The tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electric, gas, water, and trash pickup. The stove, heat, and fireplace are gas. Applications are strongly encouraged. Due to the number of applications, qualified applicants will prioritized for home tours. To qualify, you must have verifiable income and employment, a professional reference (current supervisor), and a credit score above 620. Do not submit falsified documents.
