Heavenly Haven mountain home in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Fully furnished 2/2. Mountain views, pasture areas fenced, back yard fenced, two story barn for horses and a fresh water creek. Sinclair's Cabin is a separate rental which sits behind Heavenly Haven and is in view of the same. We require a first month's rent, a one month security deposit a a $150 exit Cleaning Fee. A nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet or $250 for up to two small dogs. No large breed dogs. No cats. We are located in a quiet, Christian conservative, family oriented neighborhood. No drug use or excessive alcohol use is permitted. Our property does have outdoor surveillance equipment in use. water creek. We also have a cabin rental which sits behind our home and is visible called, Sinclair's Cabin. This unit shares the common areas of the property such as the driveway, barn, some of the pasture areas and the creek. We are located in a family friendly neighborhood which is Christian and conservative. We do our best to support the values of our neighbors. Excessive alcohol use and drugs are prohibited on the property including marijuana which is still illegal in NC. This will result in Immediate removal from the premesis. Surveillance equipment is located on the property for security purposes. We are located near Jefferson/West Jefferson, NC. We are best suited for mature (30's +) married couples or one or two single persons, no children. We allow one or two smaller dogs under 30lbs each. Pet Fee: $150/one dog or $250 for 2 dogs, non-refundable. Looking for month to month rentals, vacation or short term work rentals. No leases. All utilities are included: water, sewer, electric, heat & AC, internet. Multiple month stays include a $100 stipend per month for electric, any overage will be paid by the tenant, all other utilities are included. Background and credit history check required and proof of employment. Amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Warrensville.
