You have shared access to the common areas of the house, which are quite large and beautiful. This house is in the Beachwood neighborhood, near Marvin Ridge High School. For anyone who isn’t familiar with the area, Marvin is between Ballantyne, Indian Land, Waxhaw, and Weddington (just South of Charlotte). This is a very high-end area, with many valuable houses and mansions nearby. This is a very safe and peaceful neighborhood, with a pleasant woodsy atmosphere and quiet walkable streets. The price is $695/month plus $100 for utilities and high-speed Internet This rate assumes an annual lease term. For shorter lease terms, higher monthly rates will apply: +$25 for 9 months, +$50 for 6 months, +$75 for 3 months, or +$100 for 3 months initially followed by month-to-month. The other room renters currently at this property are mature working professionals, who maintain a clean and drama-free household.
