Huge Furnished Master Bedroom (about 450sqft): • $995/month plus $100 for utilities and high-speed Internet • PRIVATE bathroom (very beautiful with marble and glass) • TWO walk-in closets • Plush Queen bed • Dresser and nightstands • Wall-mounted large TV (optional) • Large professional desk • Large windows with a woodsy view 2. Normal Furnished Bedroom (about 150sqft): • $695/month plus $100 for utilities and high-speed Internet • shared bathroom • closet • Plush Queen bed • 2 Dressers and nightstand The base prices above assume an annual lease term. For shorter lease terms, higher monthly rates will apply: +$25 for 9-month terms, +$50 for 6-month terms, +$75 for 3-month terms, or +$100 for 3 months followed by month-to-month. To avoid scammers and protect the safety of other tenants in the house, a background check is required before viewing the room. After doing the background check, you can view the room and meet housemates, etc. before deciding whether to sign the lease. This is in a shared house in Marvin, NC, that has been operating for over 8 years. This house is beautiful and large, with spacious common areas. The Beachwood neighborhood is very safe and peaceful, with a pleasant woodsy atmosphere and quiet walkable streets. Marvin is between Ballantyne, Indian Land, Waxhaw, and Weddington (just South of Charlotte). This is a very high-end area, with many beautiful houses and even mansions nearby. The schools in this area (like Marvin Ridge High School) are top-rated. The other individuals at this property are mature working professionals, who maintain a clean and drama-free household. We are looking for normal professional people, who are friendly and willing to do their share to keep the house clean.
