There is also a backyard and front yard. Cooking will be done upstairs. The space is extremely clean. This unit was formerly a 5-star AIRBNB. The owner is looking for a long-term tenant for this space. The tenants are working professionals. The home is extremely clean and well cared for. Tenants are expected to clean the common areas weekly. Having a private car is highly recommended, though public transportation is available. Street Parking is available. Rent does not include utilities (Utilities generally range around between $80- $100/monthly.) The home is not located near a subway. But there are buses within walking distance. Public transportation is available but driving is strongly recommended.
