Have the entire 2nd floor of this beautiful home to yourself (750 square feet total), with 1 large bedroom with a walk-in closet, 1 full bath, and a large lounge and desk loft area that's open to the floor below. The 2nd floor has its own thermostat for your comfort, and utilities are included. You'll have access to the kitchen and dining areas, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a large Weber grill on the back patio, and one side of the garage (or driveway) for parking. There's plenty of room in the garage if you need to store some things. I do work from home, so during working hours (generally 8am to 6pm) I’ll be holed up in my office on the 1st floor. You'll need to agree to the Summerhill Homeowners Association rules, and you'll have access to the community pool over the summer. The home has a fenced backyard with plenty of room for your furbaby (dog) to run, but he/she must be spayed or neutered and get along with my two friendly and playful Chihuahuas (one is 12 pounds, the other is 15 pounds). Built in 2019, the house is practically brand new and is nestled between Lake Townsend and Lake Jeanette in north Greensboro. Lake Brandt is just a 5-minute drive away. Also, you're just a few minutes' walk away from the Reedy Fork hiking/biking trail that surrounds the western end of Lake Townsend and connects to Lake Brandt.
