Fully furnished 5-6 bed, 3 bath house. (There are six rooms with beds). Formal living and dining rooms, with separate informal dining area. Four-minute walk to Student Activity Center. Enjoy morning coffee on your side porch facing Winthrop University or in the privacy of your backyard, brick patio. Large, refurbished kitchen with updated appliances and connected pantry. House is a perfect mix of old and new with original 1930's sinks in two bathrooms yet updates such as a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub in the master bath. Many hidden features such as a fully lined cedar closet and chests of drawers literally built into walls. It's also an excellent location. It is an older, established neighborhood offering lovely homes and gardens to enjoy on evening strolls but so close to so much. Easy walk to groceries, pharmacies, Starbucks, The Perch and so much more. Easy access to Dave Lyle Blvd. and I-77. Piedmont Medical Center and other healthcare facilities a short drive away (11 minutes by bicycle). Large backyard is fenced. Most pets welcome but please check if you have a breed insurers prohibit. Driveway has room for two cars on concrete and two more on side of drive. Street parking is allowed in front of house also. Current tenants will be leaving by July 31st. If you wish to tour before July 31, please give at least one day's notice so I can give them time to be available. There may be some changes to furnishings or wall hangings but pictures shown should be largely accurate.
