We provide affordable housing to a variety of , low income , single individuals with diverse needs in a shared living environment . Demographics we serve but are not limited to: Veterans, Seniors, Disabled, Mental Health, Sober living, Low-Income, AID/HIV and other diverse populations. We do not house families , couples or kids , Single Adults only . We provide all-inclusive short term or permanent placement. We house each demographic separately. We have shared rooms starting at $600per month and private rooms starting at $800 per month. These prices include bed, linens, laundry on site, cable (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime also) , WiFi, house phone, monitored security system and all utilities included .
