WELCOME TO CASA DE LUZ! Furnished 1-bedroom apartment in sunny downtown Chula Vista, an extremely walkable neighborhood just 15 min south of downtown San Diego! Rent is $1,900 + $200/mo for ALL bills. Monthly total is slightly negotiable. If you like what you read, call 832-868-9473 — texting is fine as an intro but a phone call puts you at the head of the list! OVERALL UNIT DETAILS: Apartment consists of a living room/kitchenette, a good-sized bedroom w/ queen bed, lots of storage including 2 large closets and a coat closet, and a large bathroom with a great shower. You'll have access to a yard and patio, and onsite washer/dryer. Part of a 4-plex in a charming craftsman home in downtown Chula Vista. Neighbors are quiet, respectful, and well-established. I (the owner) live in one of the units on the property (when I'm not traveling), and I'm very attentive and responsive. HOME AMENITIES: - Living room features twin daybed as a super-comfy sofa, plus a high-top table configurable as a bar, prep space, or square dining table for guests. - The kitchenette is technically "-ette" but very close to a real kitchen: full-sized fridge, brand new sink, tons of prep and storage space, microwave, large hotplates with range hood (to aspirate while you cook). The only thing missing is an oven — you're welcome to borrow the main-house oven occasionally. Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, etc. - Bedroom has queen bed, large cedar closet, two desks, and two dressers. - Large bathroom with full shower, big vanity, and ample storage. OUTDOOR SPACES & OTHER FEATURES: - Gated wrap-around yard, communal patio w/ double lounger, umbrella table, and BBQ grill. - Free street parking, usually easy. Driveway parking possible — let's discuss! - Washer/dryer on the property. - Rent is $1900 and $200 utilities fee includes all bills: AT&T fiber WiFi, electric, sewage, trash, etc. Total monthly amount is slightly negotiable. NEIGHBORHOOD: ~15 min to downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp, Coronado island, Imperial Beach, North Park, Hillcrest, and other central SD hotspots. Walking distance to library, park, rec center, lap pool, gyms (including a free outdoor gym next door!), countless restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a thriving brewery scene. Very active nightlife nearby, yet the property itself is super-quiet and safe. ABOUT ME: Diana — homeowner, onsite neighbor, world traveler.
