Great opportunity to rent a private large 2 bdrm/1 bath duplex with patio and yard! This home also includes all appliances including a washer and dryer! This duplex is located right off the 91 freeway in Riverside making it very accessible and commuter friendly. It's also very close to the Galleria at Tyler and tons of other shopping. Upon entry you're welcomed into the spacious living room with sliding door access to your private backyard. Newer vinyl planks and paint throughout. The open kitchen is off to your right offering plenty of cabinet space. Refrigerator, washer, dryer, and portable dishwasher are included. The water dispenser on the refrigerator does not currently work. The bathroom is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The bathroom is complete with a large shower and vanity. You can access the bedroom by passing through the bonus or second room. The bonus room can be used as a dining area, office, play room, or even a second bedroom. The front patio and shed is fully available to the tenant. The fenced private backyard is of good size offering lemon and pomelo fruit trees! Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Note, utilities are split based on the RUBS system. Internet will be tenant's responsibility. All appliances are offered without warranty. Gardening service is also included. One assigned parking space on the driveway (left hand side only). Ample street parking is also available (non permit). Property has shared sound proof wall with existing occupant in attached house. Both residences on same lot are completely separate with separate living spaces, backyard and entry. Please do not disturb existing occupant. Small pets okay! Two pet maximum.
