The advertised monthly payment required includes: Rent, Our Resident Benefit Package, and Beagle's Tenant Liability Coverage of $300,000, and $10,000 in personal content coverage. If you choose to provide your own renter's insurance policy that meets our coverage requirements (including $300,000 in liability coverage), the rent & security deposit will be reduced by the Tenant Liability Coverage Waiver amount. The open-concept design gives the rooms an open and airy feel to them. The master bedroom has ample closet space and a private master bathroom. The Kitchen offers all the amenities you need. In addition to the stove and fridge, they also feature dishwasher, large over the range microwave, and garbage disposal. Located just off the kitchen is access to the laundry area. All apartments have laundry hookups. Additional features such as central air and one car garage set the Plover Estates apart from the competition. Water/sewer, trash, lawn care, and snow removal are all included. Tenants are responsible for electric, heat, gas, and hot water. Parking is limited to: 1 Assigned Parking Space In Garage Stall, and 1 Assigned Parking Space. Parking permits are required - there is a one time charge of $20 ($10 each) for 2 Parking Passes. Candlewood has partnered with PooPrints at this property. PooPrints is a company who is able to match a dog to any uncollected waste found on the property. As part of the animal approval process, you will be required to complete a supervised cheek swab of your dog(s) to collect a DNA sample.
