I am giving the place a 5 starts just because they made it easy to lease an apartment from them, less paperwork, no waiting list, no credit check, and etc. Office personal was very friendly with me!

Landlord is nice and they are very dog friendly which is the biggest reason I love it! Perfect location. Right off UWSP campus, lots of bars/restaurants close by, and great places to walk! Not far from downtown Point.
