Rent includes all utilities: electricity, water, sewer, basic cable, and internet. Portable AC in bedroom is an option which comes with an additional $65/month charge for usage. No parking available as assigned stalls are only for unit owners. No pets or smoking allowed. Long-term lease only. Renters Insurance required. Tenant responsible for own bedding and linens.
