Central air conditioning is also included for your comfort. Amenities for this property include secured entry, elevators, trash chute, resident manager, storage, sunny roof top swimming pool, recreation deck, gym and BBQ area. 4. Rent for this unit includes electricity, water and sewer. Telephone and TV Cable are tenant’s expense 5. Driving into Waikiki on Kalakaua Avenue, go over the bridge and turn right at Ala Wai Boulevard. Turn left on Lipeepee street and Villa on Eaton Square will be on the left side.
